Hi, my name is Karen, I am a fully insured level 4 qualified personal trainer,  level 3 sports injury and massage therapist working in the Brighton and Hove area.  Fitness and Health should be our main priorities, however, many of us postpone regular exercise and healthy eating to another day.  At KA Fitness Training I offer a fully equipped fitness studio / therapy room  or outside training at your local park or seafront.

That’s where KA Fitness Training comes into play: Whether you are a beginner or wanting to improve your fitness level I can support and motivate you!

I develop an individual training concept for every client. No matter if your goal is weight loss, increase muscle strength, better fitness or nutrition advice, I can put together a training programme you will enjoy, that will turn your life around, leaving you feeling good on the inside and looking good on the outside  - together we will reached your goal.
