" I started 1-1 and group sessions with Karen after many years of back pain and gerneral muscle pain.  Karen used her excellent knowledge to structure the initial sessions to take account of my low level of fitness and helped me see how exercise cou;ld help me feel better.  Within weeks I felt better, my back was stronger and my well being was so much better.  I'd tried gyms before and had found them too daunting.  Karen makes the sessions relaxed and fun whilst encouraging me to work towards new goals.  I never thought I would enjoy circuit training and running as much as I do now!  Karen has motivated me to do other fittness activities as well in my own time which I would never have done before.
